Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories (if any)

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued in cash only—either at the time of return or via a direct handover or digital methods.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items.
